NOTICE OF MONTHLY MEETING

Kingsmen Starcorps Board of Directors
Notice of Monthly Meeting

Date: Sunday April 11th, 2010
Time: 1:00 PM
Location: Home of Wally Buice, Anaheim, CA

As required by the Kingsmen Starcorps Inc. By-Laws, the first Sunday of each month is set aside for a Meeting of the Board of Directors. Since 4-04-2010 is Easter Sunday the meeting is rescheduled to the following Sunday which is 4-11-2010.

Anyone wanting to attend this meeting please contact either Howard Rotsch eboneizer@ix.netcom.com or Wally Buice wallybuice@sbcglobal.net to reserve a seat for the meeting. If anyone has something they wish to discuss, please reserve time on the agenda by 4-09-2010.

The Kingsmen have positions waiting for interested people that want to help.
